Use gentle cleansers, hydrating serums, and lightweight moisturizers that balance your skin instead of overwhelming it. Avoid heavy, occlusive products that can trap heat and sweat underneath.
2. Hydrate (Even Oily Skin Needs It)
Skipping moisturizer will only make your skin produce more oil. Choose water-based or gel moisturizers that plump and prep your skin without leaving residue.
Hydration also helps foundation glide on more evenly and last longer.
3. Use Thin Layers and Smart Formulas
Summer is all about breathable beauty.
Go for buildable, long-wear products and apply them in thin layers.
Cream-based products work beautifully in humidity — just make sure to blend well and set strategically (more on that next!).
4. Strategic Setting is Key
You don’t need to “bake” your whole face — focus on areas that tend to crease or get oily (usually under the eyes, sides of the nose, and forehead).
Use translucent setting powder and a setting spray with a natural finish for that polished-but-skin-like glow.
